Howard Zola

Since 1987, Howard Zola has leveraged advanced technologies to serve the needs of the commercial and corporate real estate industry. Mr. Zola is responsible for architecting the integration and adoption of proprietary and third party applications (and data sets) that attract and retain more clients, create efficiencies, deliver real value, accelerate transactions and gain new insights to make better decisions and improve operations.

Prior to Lucernex Mr. Zola had his own consulting practice where he developed value in business processes for technology providers mainly in the commercial and corporate real estate industry. Before that, he served as Vice President of Sales with WorkplaceIQ, CoStar (formerly Comps InfoSystems), House Party and Chicago Title. He began his career as a title officer with Ticor Title in Southern California.

Mr. Zola holds a B.A. in Finance from California State University at Long Beach.
