IWMS Editions

Lx IWMS comes in two Editions: Standard and Enterprise. The Standard edition provides a largely pre-configured environment using Real Estate Best Practices to provide a meaningful real estate administration software environment for smaller IWMS users. This allows IWMS start-up time to be very short and the price tag to be very low. The Enterprise edition is for larger real estate portfolio managers who want to be able to bring in their own best practices and configure the environment to fit them closely.
