All real estate begins with the location. The Lx IWMS solution uses a location-centric database that organizes all data on all leased and owned property around the location.

A location can be a collection of tax parcels, a corner of interest, a piece of ground that a development is being constructed on, a campus, a center, a single building, a single store within a building or even a sub-leased space within someone else’s space. Every location can have any number of sites, parcels, projects, facilities, prototypes, contracts or leases related to it.

Organizing real estate data by location allows the end user to drill up or down through all data or report on data at any level possible. It provides a complete picture of all of your locations in one place.

Lx IWMS includes Parcel tracking allowing detailed tracking of tax and other jurisdictional requirements of each tax parcel included in a location.

Also fully integrated is the ICSC center data providing the ability to track all data recommended by the ICSC on any center in your portfolio whether you are the center owner or a tenant.
