Every facility has assets and those assets require careful tracking to maximize their useful life.

Lx Asset provides inventory management for assets including parts required to maintain any asset. It also allows a work order to be produced on any asset and tracked through work performed and all approvals.

A facility manager can review a list of all assets in any one or a group of facilities, and drill down into each and every work order that has ever been entered on any asset and the cost of those work orders.

For leased properties, the responsible parties for maintenance, repair and replacement are tied to the asset so it is easy to identify who is responsible for any asset cost without having to find and look through the lease.
