Portfolio and Program Management of all location based assets

Lx IWMS Portfolio tools provide the executive view into all location based information. This includes a user personalizable dashboard, calendar and portfolio catalog. Portfolio navigation is also provided in a dynamic panel including geographic and task based views that allow the user to navigate across their portfolio at a location level or even at a page level – moving from location to location while remaining in the context of a single page like a budget, schedule or lease analysis.

Tools for creating one or more organization charts for responsibility management and task assignment are included in Lx IWMS along with a multi-program market planning and tracking tool called the RE Planner. The RE Planner allows executives to see their entire portfolio of planned locations tracked, in real-time, against live project schedules. This provides real-time transparency into development plans so that executives and managers know how they are doing against plan while providing them with the tools required to make the necessary adjustments.

The Portfolio module is the core of the Lx IWMS application giving users critical location performance management information and tools to navigate across their portfolio with ease.
