Lx IWMS Reporting

Lx IWMS includes a variety of reporting options, at no extra cost, that provide easy access to critical real estate data including ad-hoc and enterprise reporting.

Ad-Hoc Reporting

Lucernex developed a business user focused, ad-hoc report builder. This nine step wizard was designed to hide all of the complexity in reporting that often relegates report building to IT staff. With the Lx Report Builder, any business user can build reports in minutes. Lucernex has pre-configured all data for reporting and created logical data groups based on how real estate users want to see their data.

After selecting data users can group it, filter it, apply criteria (like date or currency ranges) and create a layout. All reports can also be emailed, exported to PDF or Microsoft Excel or printed.

Lx Report Builder also has the ability to create scheduled reports to be sent to a client server or to an email distribution list.

Enterprise Reporting

As hard as we have tried to make the Lx Report Builder provide every reporting feature a client might need, there are always enterprise specific reports required. Clients typically have made an investment in an enterprise reporting tool like Business Objects (BO), Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Microstratgies. Instead of forcing clients to buy another enterprise reporting tool, Lucernex provides two options for enterprise reporting: a data mart and reporting web services.

Enterprise Data Mart
As part of an subscription for Lx IWMS, clients receive a data mart containing their data optimized for reporting. The data mart allows clients to leverage their existing enterprise reporting tools to create reports inside their firewall.

Reporting Web Services
Clients can also tap into Lucernex’s library of web services to create reports in real time. This option has the advantage of being easier to update and maintain over time while providing real time data.

Lucernex offers the most flexible and inexpensive reporting options of any IWMS vendor.
