We take advantage of Excel; however, you do NOT need to know Excel to use Lx LseMod. Drop down menus make printing, emailing, and navigation commands as well as multiple options to modify and tweak reports just a click away!

Lx LseMod let’s you add, delete and compare multiple variables between deals and easily create custom reports. Files are automatically linked so changing one file instantly updates all other files.

Include as much, or as little detail as you want. Lx LseMod let’s you easily choose what you want to include. Develop comprehensive analyses that include all Occupancy Costs, including fit-up costs, so valid comparisons (or budgets) can be made.

Report PDF Packaging and Emailing
Lx LseMod’s proprietary email feature will automatically create a unique Excel file or PDF with just the reports and graphs you want, and even creates a Table of Contents making it easy to send reports to clients. The Table of Contents can include logos, pictures and even floor plans. Users have the choice of protecting/locking changes the file. Unlimited properties can be included in one email attachment.
Calculate Totals/Differences
When comparing properties or evaluating a scenario, Lx LseMod calculates the differences and totals for you, either in the Management Summary or on an annual basis.
