Lease Analysis Report Features

The following are some of the key features of Lx LseMod reporting:

  • Full color – including the option to create your own custom colors and create a color template
  • Images – Add any number of pictures, logos, floor plans, site plans or other images
  • Formatting – Highlight sections, add bold, Show cost as whole numbers, e.g. $143,208 or in thousands, e.g. $143.2
  • Branding – Include your logo, or your clients logo on reports and graphs. Create a custom template so your logo is always included
  • Lease year, calendar year, or fiscal year – show reports based on a Lease Year (e.g. Yr.1, Yr.2, etc.), a Calendar Year (e.g. 2005, 2006, etc.) or a Fiscal Year that can start at any month
  • Annualized cost per sf – Financial summary costs are shown on a $/sf/year basis and as regular costs. Supports partial months presented on an annualized basis.
  • User defined notes – Easily add your comments to the financial reports
  • Management Summary – Create a true Management Summary comparing side-by-side over 500 variables, or just compare variables that are important to the end-user.
  • Graphs – Included are graphs that compare the average annual cost and the first year cost, capital if applicable, and the NPV of the average annual cost. All graphs are unprotected so they can be easily customized for color and formatting. Use our defaults, change the items included or create your own graphs from scratch.
  • Hide rows – Lx LseMod is very comprehensive, but sometimes you do want to show everything; present a concise report showing just what is required with no need to explain why some costs are not shown.
  • Capital vs Operating Lease Test – The test is built in, just run it!
  • Print commands – Print commands are pre-built, but you can easily override the default settings to create your own custom reports printing on whatever size paper you want to use.
  • Benchmarking – Cost/headcount, cost/workstation, cost/partner can be easily included in your analysis and compared side-by-side. User defined metrics can be added to the analysis. The Corporate version also includes EPS impact.
