This module will make real time changes when you need them in Lx LseMod files. You can add and subtract files in real time as well. These capabilities allow you to compare an unlimited number of properties under any imaginable set of variables.

Analyze and compare multiple properties, create and evaluate multiple scenarios or add cash flows domestically and internationally. Lx Lease Scenarios Corporate includes summary information for outlays for tenant fit-out and infrastructure. Fiscal or lease year reports and graphs include PreTax and AfterTax Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, EBITDA, NPV, NER (net effective rent).

You can also display costs in both Euros and Pounds based on a user-defined exchange rate. Costs can be in any currency and measurement; the comparison can be in any other currency based on a user defined exchange rate.
