Lx LeaseScenario is a FREE application provided with any Lx LseMod purchase used to dynamically link multiple Lx LseMod files (Tenant Rep, Industrial, Sublease, Landlord, Buy, Retail) and create a simple one page management summary. It shows what-ifs, occupancy, consolidations, blends and much more.

This module will make real time changes when you need them in Lx LseMod files. You can add and subtract files in real time as well. These capabilities allow you to compare an unlimited number of properties under any imaginable set of variables.
