Rent calculations include multiple options and approaches for percentage rent. This module is similar to Lx LseMod TenantRep and includes Sales, Percentage Rent and retail metrics. Reports and graphs include rent, cash flow, NPV and a management summary and can be easily configured by the user to include all costs associated with any transaction.
