Lx Retail includes a variety of reporting options, at no extra cost, including ad-hoc and enterprise reporting.

Ad-Hoc Reporting

Lucernex has developed a business user focused, ad-hoc report builder. This seven step wizard was designed to hide all of the typical complexity in reporting that often relegates report building to IT staff. With the Lx Report Builder, any business user can build reports in minutes without any knowledge of tables or joins – instead Lucernex has pre-configured logical data groups based on how real estate users will want to see their data.
SLM Reporting
After selecting data users can group it, filter it, apply criteria (like date or currency ranges) and create a layout. All reports can also be emailed, exported to PDF or Microsoft Excel or printed.

Lx Report Builder even has the ability to create scheduled reports to be sent to an sFTP server or to an email distribution list and NONE of these features require a developer or network engineer.

Enterprise Reporting

As hard as we have tried to make the Lx Report Builder provide every reporting feature a client might need, there are always enterprise reports that it can not produce. For clients who have made an investment in an enterprise reporting tool like Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Microstrategies, Lucernex provides two enterprise reporting options: a data mart and reporting web services.

Enterprise Data Mart
As part of a subscription for Lx Retail, clients receive a data mart containing data optimized for reporting. The Lx Data Mart allows clients to leverage their existing enterprise reporting tools to create reports inside their firewall that includes data from Lx Retail.

Reporting Web Services
Clients can, as part of their implementation project, tap into Lucernex’s library of web services to create reports. This option has the advantage of being easier to update and maintain over time while providing real-time data versus data updated nightly when using the data mart.

Lucernex offers the most flexible and inexpensive reporting options of any SLM vendor.
