The Lucernex IWMS implementation methodology supports both fixed priced implementations (QuickStart) and multi-phased deployments. The QuickStart implementation, which pairs with our Standard Edition, delivers the key benefits in a quick, cost-effective manner in order to achieve maximum ROI. QuickStart can be completed in as few as 45 days. It is based on industry standards and best practices configuration honed from hundreds of projects.

The multi-phased methodology is used to support longer, larger scope implementations. This methodology expands to guide clients through complex implementations and process re-engineering efforts, including system integration with outside systems, integration with partner systems and client-defined workflow. Interaction with end-users and IT personnel is critical to the success of this type of implementation.

Additionally, for smaller organizations, we have a version of QuickStart that pairs with our Standard Edition. QuickStart for Lx Standard minimizes implementation time and cost by providing a pre-configured environment and then providing specific options and tools so the client can complete configuration on his or her own schedule. Using this combination, clients can be up and running in just days or weeks instead of months.
