Lx RAPID Implementation Methodology

The Lucernex implementation methodology supports both fixed priced implementations for lease administration and multi-phased deployments for store lifecycle management and Retail IWMS solutions. The Lx RAPID implementation methodology utilizes an agile, rapid prototyping approach to optimize effective use of client time and ensure deliverables meet client needs.

A RAPID implementation provides clients access to their new system within days of a contract being signed. The project can then be completed in as little as 45 days, with typical implementation taking 2 to 4 months. During the project we train and empower client business and IT administrators to take ownership of the solution.
