Lucernex releases Lx LseMod 14.6!

Lx LseMod version 14.6 has been released! All Lx LseMod products in the Standard and Corporate Edition have been upgraded unless otherwise noted below. The major focus of this release was making an easy to use solution even easier to use. We would love to hear your comments or suggestions on new features. Please add comments by entering a reply in the text area at the bottom of this post followed by clicking “Submit Comment”. (PMR) denotes a Product Modification Request that is the result of a customer request.

Upgrades include:

New One Click Toolbar

Added a toolbar at the top of all sheets to make it easier to access the toolbar in Office 2007 (without this users need to go to Add-Ins in the Office 2007 ribbon).

Cleaner Front Page

Simplified the first page in all products so analyses can be started in one click.

Quick Reference Guide

Added an easy to use Quick Reference Guide to all programs to make accessing some of Lx LseMod’s many features easier.

Straight Line Rent Calculation

Added the ability to perform a straight line rent calculation in any analysis.
Lx LseMod Standard Edition only (e.g. Lx LseMod Tenant Rep, Industrial, Retail, etc…)

Tenant Electric

Added a Tenant Electric Row to Additional Inputs so costs can be adjusted on a monthly basis.

Other Rents

Added Other Rent to Additional Inputs so costs can be adjusted on a monthly basis, in particular to account for free rent.
Lx LseMod Corporate Lease Analysis only

Restoration

Added the ability to set the start date for the GAAP accrual calculation.
Lx LseMod Corporate Lease Analysis only

Special Expenses/Credits

Added ability to use cost/sf in addition to actual cost.

Scenarios

Moved scenario data to left side of reports. (PMR)
