Plano, TX — January 15, 2007 — Lucernex Technologies announced today that it has embarked upon the next phase with its first hospitality client, Quanah Properties, LP. Quanah Properties, LP (Quanah) has recently opened its first location in the Fossil Creek development of Ft. Worth, Texas and has multiple other locations scheduled to open within the upcoming months in Texas, New Mexico and California.

As Quanah moves into the operations phase, it will expand its use of the Lucernex software and take advantage of the Facilities Management module to track both scheduled and reactive maintenance activities, as well as future remodels and projects, at the newly opened hotels.
