Over the past year and a half much work has gone into expanding this integration. In April of 2004 the beta version of the next level of integration between the two products was released, which will go live in June with two major retail clients.

The integrated solution expands the reach of the joint solution deeper within the Lease Administration phase of the lifecycle. The joint solutions provide a complete, full lifecycle platform solution for property development, lease and asset management.

Clients of the integrated solution utilize the SLIM client/server product for detailed lease management. The integration is seamless to the user and functions in real time so that changes within SLIM are immediately available in the Lucernex web interface.
