Experian Business Strategies adds real estate lifecycle management capabilities to their offerings
Irving, Tex., July 19, 2007 – Experian Inc., a global information solutions company, announced today the most recent addition to its portfolio of business solutions – the Real Estate Lifecycle Manager.
The Real Estate Lifecycle Manager enables a business to proactively manage the market planning, site selection, design, construction and ongoing facility management processes for its real estate portfolio. Detailed information on every location, at each stage of the project, is now available at the touch of a button. Fully developed security enables a business to ensure that everyone with a “need to know” has immediate access, yet prevents unauthorized access to the data from either inside or outside the company. Automation and flexibility have been combined with real estate management best practices to improve the efficiency and efficacy of all real estate procurement, development and management processes.
Using the full range of products and services from Experian Business Strategies, clients have been able to profile consumers, evaluate sales versus market potential, score markets and individual sites, and tailor their inventory to a specific location. Expanding businesses have used these tools to effectively choose sites for their new locations. With the addition of the Real Estate Lifecycle Manager, Experian now has a cohesive platform to deliver Business Strategies products and to take location management and forecasting to the next level.
“The Real Estate Lifecycle Manager is an excellent addition to our product set,” said Richard Holt, president of Experian Business Strategies. The Lucernex ERP is already being used in nearly forty well-known companies, and we are confident our own clients will find real value in using this comprehensive solution to manage every aspect of their business’ real estate portfolio.”
The Real Estate Lifecycle Manager is delivered through a new global licensing agreement with Lucernex to offer their ERP Platform to clients of Experian Business Strategies. Since 2003, major retailers throughout the United States have used the Lucernex ERP to save money and time in the selection, acquisition, development and management of real estate properties. In mid- 2006, Experian and Lucernex announced the integration of the Prediction location intelligence product with the Lucernex ERP platform. This partnership created the only real estate lifecycle management tool on the market with integrated forecasting capabilities.
“This first integration is the tip of the iceberg”, stated Mike Nuzum, Chairman and CEO of Lucernex Technologies, a Dallas company. “We fully intend to integrate Experian’s portfolio of individual applications into one seamless solution through the Real Estate Lifecycle Manager. Businesses will be able to purchase an individual application, and then expand by ‘plugging others in’ as their business requires. There is nothing comparable on the marketplace today.”
