- Lucernex Consultants
Our Implementation Consultants come from a diversified background of retail
consulting, package system implementation, niche business consulting, and
structured project management. Upon joining the company, each Lucernex
Professional Services associate receives weeks of hands-on training with
our product, the LucernexERP, before being deployed
on an implementation effort. In addition to product information, they are
immersed in retail concepts and business issues in order to develop an
appreciation for the challenges facing our customers.
- Strategic Partners
Lucernex often works with strategic consulting partners that specialize in
particular industry segments. These partners undergo the same training as
Lucernex consultants and enable us to leverage their knowledge while expanding
the pool of available consultants so that we can better serve our clients.
- Application Integration
Lucernex Technologies has the resources and tools to securely integrate the
LucernexERP with external systems to ensure that you, our
client, always have the data you need to make the best business decisions possible.
- Lucernex Methodology
Our implementation methodology is founded on client interaction and iterative
principles. Workstreams are staffed by Implementation Consultants who are well-versed
in the specific needs within functional areas of an organization. These consultants
support each implementation with a toolkit of methodologies that include best
practices, guidelines and templates.
The Lucernex implementation methodology supports both RAPID and multi-phased
deployments. The RAPID implementation is a 90 to 120 day initiative that delivers
many of the LucernexERP application's key benefits in a
quick, cost-effective manner. The RAPID implementation requires a high degree of
client input but pays dividends by demonstrating a quick ROI. Once a RAPID
Implementation is complete, remaining portions of the LucernexERP
application can be implemented to support higher level business processes in
successive projects.
The multi-phased methodology is used to support longer, larger scope implementations.
This methodology expands to guide clients through complex implementations and
process re-engineering efforts, including system integration with outside systems,
integration with partner systems, and workflow. Interaction with end-users and IT
personnel is critical to the success of this type of implementation.
