Customer Focused Training
Lucernex offers a variety of Training Services to ensure our customer's success.
Training Services for your company can range train-the-trainer sessions,
delivering a full-scale training program to hundreds of users, or participating
in our scheduled product knowledge sessions throughout the year. We offer a
pre-designed training curriculum that complements our RAPID Implementation.
We believe training should be creative and hands-on. We focus on creating a
memorable training experience and easing the anxiety associated with following
a new process and using a new system. Our Training Services are built on sound
learning principles that are integrated with practical business applications.
Account Management
Our Account Managers are experts in our application and your specific
LucernexERP application configuration.
They serve as a single point of contact for our customers and provide a wide
array of services, including supplementary training, product Release Note communication,
escalation management within the Lucernex organization, and on-site support for your
team as needed. The Account Managers work hand-in-hand with our implementation project
managers to facilitate an effective, seamless transition from deploying
LucernexERP to maintaining an on-going customer relationship
Product Support
Our multi-tier support infrastructure was designed to quickly and efficiently meet
customer's support needs. As part of the implementation process, we will provide
detailed information on how to contact support or use our online issue reporting and
tracking tool.
